I call Teddy the master planker because, true to the name, he is a master at cooking with wood planks…in fact, I am not sure there is anything that Ted hasn’t tried cooking on a plank during his time in the industry. Remember, Ted is a classically trained chef, has held many corporate positions during his time…including Executive Chef at the “Sky Dome” in Toronto when that first opened back in the day…so very accomplished on that side of things…but also as accomplished…maybe more so now…on the live fire side. Things that come to mind that he has planked during past interviews include: mashed potatoes and gravy, chili, Twinkies injected with Jack Daniel's, cookies, breads, gum…just to name a few.
