Stop trying to mimic someone else's morning routine because you simply admire their "success" or took their course or read it in a book.
Meaning if you are still trying to "force" a routine that you are struggling to keep consistent then it's probably not for you. YOUR morning routine is the BEST routine for you. It could look like a combination of so many other routines out there but it has to FEEL good and inspire YOU!
So I instead have fun creating a morning routine you cannot WAIT to wait up and actively participate in because YOU KNOW it not only lights you up but fuels your dreams and desires in becoming a reality and you are experiencing LIVING a LIFE YOU LOVE, NOW!
Not next week or next year or once your kids are grown or you retire or when you have more experience in "x" but NOW!
The question I get asked the most is what my morning routine consist of and depending on the day it could look very different but I have my grounding and activating tools in my tool box and a few of them are a non-negotiable no matter where I am in the world. No matter what time I wake up and bounce or drag myself out of bed.
Disclosure I have had a morning routine that has shifted and evolved as I have evolved and I must say it is VERY rare that I am ever dragging myself out of bed in the morning unless travel was delayed and I arrived home late from something.
Listen in and play in the space of curiosity on what you desire your routine to be filled with and the length of it to set yourself up for success living life by design vs. default.
