The new exhibition at Dovecot Studios on Infirmary Street in Edinburgh is about Biba. This is more than just affordable dresses, it is about the whole concept from fashion to food which was begun by Barbara Hulanicki as a mail order business.

Co-curator, Dennis Nothdruft, who is Head of Exhibitions at Fashion and Textile Museum, London very kindly spoke to us about the background to the exhibition.
