What does the future hold? This week we turn to the glorious image in Isaiah 35 of a wilderness transformed. Like those in ancient times we live with the hostility, difficulties and anxieties of wilderness places. But at Advent time we celebrate that God has come into this place, he is at work transforming the landscape and will accompany us on the road home.
