We are talking about “Christian Marriage.” A

marriage that honors God and is ordered

according to His word.

There are two things I want us to note from

our passage.

1. Christian marriage is built on a historical,

biblical understanding of the relationship

between men and women. (2:18-23)

2. Christian marriage strives to achieve the

biblical model for marriage. (2:24)
