Well, I got another contract on my house in the Keys and the closing is set for August 5th. It’s good timing because we are closing on our farm this Friday and I don’t want or need two houses. Many of my friends have worried themselves silly about the previous buyers backing out at the last minute, but I just took it in stride. If it falls through again at the last minute, I will do the same.
