Philip is a Managing Director at BlackRock where he is responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the firm’s New York real estate strategy and their new headquarters in Hudson Yards. Before BlackRock, Philip was the Senior Vice President of Real Estate at Columbia University in charge of the development, design and construction of the University’s highly acclaimed 17-acre, $6 billion mixed use academic campus in West Harlem and also led Time Warner’s global real estate portfolio managing over 1 million square feet of space for both their office and broadcast centers.
Philip was also assistant counsel to New York Gov. Mario M. Cuomo and is heavily involved in various non for profits in New York City. He is currently focused on the future of work and real estate, is a mentor and enjoys helping others as often as he can.
