Barbara Mitchell & Cornelia Gamlem began their writing partnership in 2012 and are still collaborating on writing projects.  They are celebrating 10 years of writing together with The Big Book of HR, 10th Anniversary Edition. I had them on the show to share the 10th anniversary edition of their first book.  These are two of the most fun people I've interviewed and we discussed the book as well as relevant topics in HR in this age of resignations, COVID, and other chaotic issues.
