Today we are looking at the third letter in the B-A-D-A-$-$ framework...The letter "D".
Last year at the beginning of the Covid lockdown, I made a goal to complete 40 pushups within one minute, by the end of the lockdown.
With just 2 weeks till the end of the lockdown, I sustained a biceps tendon impingement at my shoulder which caused intense sharp pain when doing pushups. It even affected my daily routine activities whenever I internally rotate my arm.
Did I manage to reach my goal?
