Our next guest is currently a resident physician specializing in emergency medicine at the Vancouver General Hospital with subspecialty interest in Aerospace Medicine and holds a MSc in Aerospace Medicine from King's College London. He is interested in the application of medicine to deep spaceflight and currently does research for the European Space Agency where he looks at innovative countermeasures to long duration human spaceflight. He has also invented and patented multiple medical devices and is part of a biomedical start-up company.
