The Big Give is a national charity that doubles the amount local charities raise but in one week only - Tuesday 2 December at noon, until Tuesday 9 December at noon.

Mike Waddington speaks to one of the organisations gearing up for the week; local family support organisation, Home Start Butser.

Nicola Winter, the Manager, explains how they need to raise £40,000 over the week - that's a fifth of what they need over the year.

Organisations taking part have easy ways to donate in that week and whatever is given is doubled.
