In this episode we dive into accountability, self-sabotage, and failure aka The Big Three. We discuss the down spiral when you are not able to hold yourself accountable, which can lead to constant self sabotage, and "failure". We also touched on how self-sabotage really affects our everyday lives and ways we've learn to combat it. Mid way during the episode we realized that the big three really lead into each other and how one can influence the other. Lastly we talked about failure and what it means to us, we came to discover that failure is really an illusion and you define it.
