This is the method I came across the book called “The Obstacle is the way” by Ryan Holiday. The big-three method. It includes Perception, Action, and Will. We need to be aware of somethings and have to accept some other things that are outside of our experience. All we need to do is: have certainty of judgement in the present moment; action for the common good in the present moment; and an attitude of gratitude in the present moment for anything that comes to our way.
In simple words:
Control your perceptions, Direct your actions correctly, and willingly accept what’s outside your control.
