The fear of starting or starting small is always there whenever we are about to venture into something new. Like we are always skeptical about the success of the endeavors, only if we remember the big were once small.

Even the bosses and big men were once small people before they grew big, but they didn't remain small, with consistency and hard-work they are doing well and big today.
