The big WHY and how this all got started

Your host Kate Bonilla is a meat industry professional specializing in BEEF! With a degree in Animal Science, a passion for animal agriculture and a career that has included working for two of the "big four" beef packers and a large high end specialty meat company she's seen first hand the farms, ranches, feedlots, packing houses, steak cutting rooms and wholesale distribution channels that all contribute to bringing you your favorite beef.
