Welcome back to the journey! In this sessions we will be discussing the biggest illusion of all time...FEAR. I will be exploring the effect it has had on me and how I have overcome it and gained control of it for my benefit.  

Fear has played a major role in my life and the one thing I have learned is that the more I have stepped up to the challenge the more immune I become to its trickery! Fear can only exist in the mind and we are captains of our thoughts and so we have the ability to control it and make it work to our advantage.
