STOCKS TO WATCH: $QCOM $NDAQ $CFLT $ASST $IFBD

Qualcomm (QCOM) - The company's head of its AI unit, Zaid Asghar, will interview on Benzinga's PreMarket Prep show Monday morning at 9 a.m. EDT. Tune in to hear details of how Qualcomm is considering AI. Audience members can ask questions to the exec by participating in the YouTube chat.

 

Nasdaq (NDAQ) - Shares were down about 9% following news the company will buy bank and brokerage software company Adenza. At nearly $11 billion, the deal was the biggest M&A deal in Nasdaq's history.

 

Confluent (CFLT) - A play on data infrastructure software. The company will host an investor day event on Tuesday at 1 p.m. EDT. Investor day events have known to be catalysts for investors; management teams often give updates on a company's outlook at these events.

 

Asset Entities (ASST) - Monday morning's biggest gainer. Shares were up nearly 150% following a press release which disclosed the company will develop an AI bot for communication platform Discord.

 

Infobird (IFBD) - One of Monday's low-float, penny-stock momentum plays. Shares were up nearly 50% on seemingly no news. The company is a provider of AI-powered software for customer engagement and is based in China.
