Adam Beckstedt is in real estate but he is not a realtor. He buys apartments to gain long term/high return cash flow. Adam offers opportunities for passive investors to invest alongside him in these properties in order to gain the benefits of real estate without having to do the hard work that it requires. They get to take advantage of tax savings, cash flow, and appreciation to name a few in order to live off of their returns or offset their high W2 income taxes.
Adam also strives to teach as many people as he can, not only to be the best they can be but to utilize real estate to achieve financial freedom for themselves. He does this through co-hosting a monthly local real estate meetup of 60-70 people, hosting a YouTube channel, providing individual coaching, being a member of 2 real estate masterminds, and a few other avenues as well. Adam also volunteers at Junior Achievement to help ignite the minds of kids on what it means to be an entrepreneur and recently joined to be a Rotarian in 2019. He is striving to find more ways to give back to those around him.
