The Bikini Killer, also known as the Serpent - serial killer, fraudster and thief Charles Sobhraj preyed on Western tourists during the 1970s ‘hippie trail’ of South Asia. This killer’s sprawling backstory offers many clues to his psyche - and leaves us with just as many questions.
