Practical approach to ending binge eating but not enough to change my life
I loved this book until I realized that binge eating cannot be solved with a code. Everything in this book sparked hope within me, but as wonderful as the suggestions are, I needed something more. This book has some good practical ideas and tools, but much like the other books Iâve read on this topic in an attempt to change my behavior, it wasnât enough.
Turns out I needed to address the underlying issues, face my fears, feel my pain. I recommend Hungry for Happiness by Samantha Skelly as an alternative and if you are serious about ending binge eating, look into her 6 month program. Iâm halfway through and my binge eating has gone down about 90%, anxiety and depression have gone from a 10/10 to a 2/10.

Thank you. I did not expect a book on binge eating would also help me with my PTSD symptoms but what do you know a technique to stop the purge can definitely be used in many other situations.
Great Book with practical advice
Lovely kind book with some great practical advice that I have been using and feeling stronger with. The ideas explored of changing your thinking and ending strict food rules makes sense to me.
