This week, we discuss whether or not stories surrounding people of color should revolve solely around their culture or what their culture has to offer, whether it’s the responsibility of show creators and production companies to ensure that the stories they create don’t fall into negative stereotypes and if we think the BIPOC movements are actually profitable enough for them to make a systemic change within how stories of people of color are portrayed?
