We’ve taken a short, much needed break in wine country… but it hasn’t all been restful!

While we were on our little hiatus we were working on something very special - our biggest episode yet.

We were joined by some of our nearest and dearest over a wine or two, to talk about their experiences, that we know will hit home for a lot of our listeners. 

We cover some of the hard topics that our beautiful friends have dealt with over the years, and hear first hand what their experiences have been with fertility, loss, endometriosis, love, and all that lovely stuff.

The Bird and the Bandit are back for Part 2 of Dynamics. Leaning further into the dynamic changes in relationships when it comes to one of our favourite topics...sex. How has the most intimate and fun rendezvous changed from the steamy, carefree party-for-two, to a carefully timed, scheduled duty, and how to we keep that spark to keep sizzling? Is it possible? Fuck yes it is (but how??). Maybe you can make an omelette without cracking a few eggs??

The Bird and Bandit are back with a two-parter! We had such a massive response from listeners after the first episode with stories of some real doozies, and to be honest we got a little carried away. There were so many messages and responses about "heroes" chiming in wherever they can to offer tips like "have you tried feeding them", weird, uninvited touching, and a real favourite, "Just don't think about it."... that we had to split this into two episodes. 

Just to be clear, we KNOW there are a lot of listeners that might be like "eep! I've said that!" (we both definitely have at some point!) and we know that some of you have the best intentions. But just know, there are a heck of a lot of ya that do not. And we are going to talk about it. And drink about it. PRESSURE is one of the biggest underlying topics, whatever it is we’re talking about. And we really want to hear from you. Where have you felt pressured? What fucked up comments have you been hit with from family about your biological clock, or your sex life, or breast feeding, or your career? Dads, where have you felt pressured and judged when it comes to having a baby, “staying strong”, adjusting, who did you want to tell to F@#K OFF? 

We can’t wait to hear from you. And when you do hear from us when we launch EPISODE FUCKING ONE (🤯), just, like, ya know, be gentle… it’s a lot of pressure.
