After experiencing postnatal depression, anxiety and insomnia 6 months after her first baby was born, Regan has utilised her experience and qualifications as a yoga teacher, exercise physiologist, wellness coach and mother with, and now recovered from, PND/A to help other women alleviate anxiety, turn ‘can’t cope’ into contentment, be more present, be able to ‘breathe’ and stream self care into their day, without adding more to the already full plate. Regan holds sacred space for each woman she works with to get out of her head and into her body, speak her intimate truth, and be guided to the answers within her internal wisdom. She uses an intuitive blend of yoga, meditation, breath work, instinctual movement and coaching specific to the woman in front of her to re-weave the tapestry of her life from the inside out.
