The Navajo Skinwalker is shrouded behind tons of misrepresentation and mythology. Yet a highly feared and respected element of Dine or Navajo Cutlure. Skinwalkers have become popular with the skinwalker ranch. Yet I do not discuss the famed skinwalker ranch. Tonight, I discuss the Dine cultures view and history of the Yee Naaldloshi or Skinwalker. In Addition I discuss Black Magic and Other Dark Mysteries and Dark Arts. In my research for more factual info on the Navajo Skinwalker, I came upon a religion called Palo Mayombe. Central American Afro Cuban Black magic and Witchcraft. Found commonly throughout central america. Including symbolism of Santa Meurte and The Black Christ or El Cristo Negro. The religion has been around since the 16th century. Unlike Navajo culture which is very respectful to and fearful of the dead. Palero preists are initiated into communication with the dead. Into destructive spells and more black magic which make so many horrors great yet remain obscued by falsities and senationalism. Witchcraft is in one way of putting it, a masters in herbalism and ritual. It is intention that drives the use.
