After a winter spent besieging castles and fighting their enemies, Rod and Adrian are back to present a new season of forgotten Italian films. Dubbed "Rapiers and Ruffles" by Rod, these are medieval adventure films which had a surge of popularity off the back of the success of the "Sword and Sandal" films of the early sixties. So stick your jerkin on, grab your sword and jump onto the nearest available horse; this is going to be a long campaign.
