BPerryFilms is a Black Owned Arts and Media Marketing Production Company that is about social impact and providing inclusion to its clients and audience that consumes its products. In this video I go into an overview of what the Black Experience is like for males at any given age. There are so many factors that build up our character and what is preconsived by the Masses. There are somethings that are out of our control such as Racial Profiling, Lack in Educational Resources, Steroptypes and how our success will be precieved before we even achieve that goal. What we can control are our actions and how we react to certain events that occur in our individual life. In my word of advice “Don’t let the media consume you and let them take your away from what your trying to accomplish.

In the film Black Men In Business I am sharing the stage with Francios Filz-Aime (Executive Director of Cornerstone Collaborative) and Dr. Andre Morgan (Leads Opportunity, Access and Equity for Beverly (MA) Public Schools & Founder of Excelsior Christian Academy) where we share the stage and talk in detail of the Black Experience in a Psychological standpoint. It can be the opportunity to peel the onion that breaks down our Mindset, Sterotypes, Religion, Culture, and Experience.
