I've been watching the NFL for the past 20 years and I can honestly say that there is a distinct difference in how black and white quarterbacks are treated when it comes to success and failure in the league It seems to me that white quarterbacks are given more leeway to grow and mature in their role as the leader of their team, while on the other side of the spectrum, black quarterbacks have to be exceptionally well fresh out the gate or they will be left behind in today's episode of the podcast I call him the question the differences in how these two types of quarterbacks are treated and how it is unfair to the confidence of a young black quarterback to be given so much responsibility with a little to no margin for error
