Today I am having a conversation with Sister Malcah , who shares her personal experience regarding her own blended family. We have not covered every scenario out there, but I have found, if God is not in the marriage/relationship there will be trouble. With God comes the wisdom that man cannot give, the Shalom that passes all understanding, clarity, that after you have done all you can you can with discernment you can walk away or stay. The Gem that I got, thanks Sis Malcah, is The Two Have Become One. No child or family member should get in the way of the marriage. May the Lord bless you as you listen.
Blessing, Elder Campbell
Mark 10 8 &9 and the two shall become one flesh’; so then they are no longer two, but one flesh. 9 Therefore what God has joined together, let not man separate.”
Exodus 20:12 "Honor your father and mother, so that you may live long in the land the Lord your God is giving you."
Colossians 3:13 Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you."
