In this episode, the host Alex Sparks discusses a breif overview of what the foundation fighting blindness is.  FFB for short, is a organization that is dedicated to driving research for the treatment of blinding diseases.  The website www.fightingblindness.org has a plethora of resources, information, educational peices, merchandise and ways to donate.  


On the website, you can also find info about genetic testing, which is very important and how to join a local chapter.  Joining a local chapter means that you will be connected with other visually impaired individuals in your area.  Don't forget, that you can register for the webinar that is taking place at noon EST on May 22nd as well.  The webinar is going to address all of the on going updates from current clinical trials.  Hope to see you there!
