What is up!!! Finally! We got to attend our very first event, Inhale, Relax, Create. This is a unique paint and smoke event that, is so therapeutic yet, so full of great vibes and energy that is definitely a game changer. The team at IRC were kind enough to let us attend their awesome paint and glow in the dark event. Today we will be presenting this live podcast, and we will be talking to Heather and Sophia, two awesome ladies that run this whole shindig. We will be discussing how this great event came about, community, and much more. We will also be having a small interview with Liz from Yeska Creations.
