Welcome to Episode 8 where we dive into the Boardroom and how it's keeping anyone who isn't a White man at arm's length. We go over the current statistics for diverse representation in the boardroom (spoiler alert: they're abysmal), how White women have historically been used as the "next best thing" to a White man, and how you have to change the corporate culture in order to create a truly diverse environment. We also discuss the "glass cliff" phenomenon, imposter syndrome and how to lean into what you need to succeed in the Boardroom.
