Our body is a gift from God and is the temple of the Holy Spirit. We are to care for our physical body to the glory of God. We are also members of the Body of Christ, the Church. We are to care for the spiritual body as members of the Church. This episode reflects on how we can daily contribute to the well- being of the Church.
