Listen Later

Originally from Melbourne, Jenelle forged her path in human mechanics, earning a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and further certifications as a Pilates instructor, sports trainer, and massage therapist. Intrigued by Osteopathy, she pursued a 5- year program in Byron Bay, culminating in a Master's degree in 2021. Her thesis fuelled a keen interest in mental health, trauma, and concussion management, subjects she avidly continues to study. Jenelle employs a holistic approach, blending Osteopathic techniques, cupping, and dry needling with mindfulness and breathing exercises. In her free time, she indulges in diverse yoga and martial arts practices and a love for coastal swims.

Her deep-rooted fascination with life sciences led her to explore the intricate connections between biology, psychology, and sociology. Currently pursuing a postgraduate diploma in Mental Health and Neuroscience, Jenelle dreams of unraveling the mysteries of fascial adaptations to stress and trauma. Beyond conventional healthcare, she integrates science, movement, and philosophy in her practice, emphasizing the impact of childhood experiences, social factors, and lifestyle on overall health. Advocating for equity in healthcare, she actively engages in community initiatives, embodying an integrative approach that uplifts patients' health and well-being while fostering her beliefs in embodied consciousness.
