Nadia is a music teacher, a teaching artist, and the soul behind letters to the world, where she writes letters to strangers who might need to feel seen.
We talk about what it means to call yourself an artist when nobody ever gave you permission, when you grew up just trying to survive. and we talk about the hurt nobody sees from the outside. the neglect. the heart that was never pursued. the kid who had to be an adult way too soon.
At the end of the day, pain is part of the process. it doesn't have to be the whole process.
The cracks don't close on their own. this one is about going back to them with love, tending to them, and choosing to stay.

What do you do when the worst thing actually happens?
TW: his episode discusses child loss.
Dr. Lexi Harrigan is a women's health physical therapist, speaker, couples coach, and The Author of “Sunny with a chance of showers”.
In 2014, her 22-month-old son CJ went to the doctor on a Monday, by Thursday, he was gone.
This episode is about what came after.
We talk about grieving inside a marriage when you and your partner are mourning on separate islands. We talk about "husband neglect". The difficulty of writing a book where the first paragraph took three months. Faith as an anchor. Caregiving through her husband kidney failure journey, and how she creates sensitivity training for companies around grief.
Grief doesn't have to look like yours to be real. Some people cry for weeks. some bury themselves in work. Grief is different for everyone.
Some storms don't knock the house down. They test whether you'll rebuild the rooms together or apart.

Today's guest is Max Barnes,Air Force veteran, aircraft mechanic, single dad, and nutrition coach behind Project Maximus.
We talk about what happens when the structure that built your identity for eight years disappears overnight. We talk about becoming a father at 22 while deployed overseas, and the years of drinking and burnout that followed once he got out. We talk about the doctor's visit that changed everything, the choice he made at 2am to finally put his family first, and what it actually takes to stop punishing yourself long enough to change.
Max also shares the line his brother gave him at 16 that he's lived by for eighteen years, and the question he asked himself that changed the direction of his life.
Some of us get handed a box and spend years mistaking it for a home.
This episode is about tearing the walls down and building something that's actually yours.

This week I sat down with Stephanie, Birth imprinting specialist and early childhood educator, and she completely reframed how i think about the first chapter of my own story. we talk about how our birth whether c-section, home birth, easy or traumatic maps our nervous system before we ever have words for it. how that map follows us into parenting, into our patterns in relationships, even into how we build a business. she calls it "shadow parenting" The idea that whatever we haven't made peace with in our own birth story, we unconsciously pass on.
This one isn't just for mothers. if you've ever wondered why you keep circling the same wall, your birth story might be the missing lens.

This week I'm sitting down with Liz Owens, founder of Haus of Worthship and a certified life and career coach, who spent years being the capable one, the one nobody worried about, before realizing competence and alignment were never the same thing.
We talk about the panic attacks she carried for over a decade that she kept calling migraines, the framework she built to stop it happening again: notice, ask, act. We talk about growing up as the peacemaker in a volatile home, and why she still believes your story should define you, it just shouldn't run you.
This one gets specific. Liz doesn't soften the parts where she was performing calm for everyone else, or the years she spent proving herself instead of knowing herself. She names it, and she names her way out of it too.
Competence is not the same as alignment.
Thank you for being here and for listening to the show. 🤍

This week I'm sitting down with Cassie Callister, a life coach, master's-level counselor, and sound bath practitioner who spent nearly 10 years studying the psychology of her own life to understand why she kept choosing pain that felt familiar.
We talk about the moment Cassie realized her "normal" staying too long, tolerating too much, abandoning herself to keep the peace wasn't normal at all, it was conditioning. We talk about what it actually took to unlearn it: therapy, boundaries she didn't know how to build, and a habit of picturing herself as a five-year-old before letting anyone new into her life.
This one isn't comfortable. Cassie doesn't dress up the years she spent people-pleasing, gaslighting herself, or staying in relationships that cost her peace. She names it plainly and she names her way out of it just as plainly.
Healing isn't about never being triggered again. It's about your bounce-back rate getting shorter.
Thank you for being here and for listening to the show. 🤍

In episode 9, I sit with Samantha Liew is a psychic medium and intuitive coach who helps women unlock their own inner knowing. but before any of that, she was just a woman who kept ignoring her own gut.
We talk about the two years of dreams that told her the truth before she had a shred of proof.
We talk about the divorce that cracked her open into a gift she'd been dismissing her whole life.
Here's the part nobody tells you: the breakdown isn't the end of the story. it's the thing that finally makes you listen to yourself.
Samantha lives by one line now: there's always better days ahead.
Building a house that feels like yours means trusting what you know before you can explain it.

In Episode 8, I sit down with Sydney, a writer, a poet, and the creator behind "your anxious bestie" on TikTok.
We talk about what it actually looks like to grow up anxious before you even have a word for it, to hold your mother's emotions like they're your job, and to wake up one day and realize you've been surviving instead of living.
Sydney doesn't pretend she has it all figured out. Her anxiety is still there. Some days are still hard. And that's exactly why this conversation matters.
Because this isn't about being fixed. It's about learning to feel everything and talk about it anyway.
And sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is say it out loud, even when your hands are still in it.
