Great companion book to The Bold Way

I read a fair amount of self help books and I especially like the ones that give clear steps and instructions on how to proceed. This workbook is a great companion to The Bold Way because it separates the steps out from the discussion.. It is a really easy way to focus on the steps and actually do them. This is the type of book where you have to do the steps for it to help you. Just reading it won't get you there.
