Welcome to The Safe Space!
The movement is spreading—unstoppable, undeniable. Jew and Gentile alike are turning in growing numbers to the message of Jesus, igniting a fire that no power can contain. But as faith rises, so does fury.
King Herod Agrippa tightens his grip, unleashing persecution with ruthless force. One life is already lost—James, the brother of John, was persecuted. And now Peter sits chained in a guarded prison, his fate seemingly sealed.
Until the impossible happens.
In the dead of night, an angel of the Lord leads Peter out—past numerous guards, through locked gates—into freedom. A miracle no one can explain… and no ruler can stop.
But heaven’s justice is not finished.
The same divine power strikes Herod Agrippa himself, taking his life after he dares to accept the glory meant for God alone.
Meanwhile, far from the palace walls, another battle unfolds. Saul—now called Paul—and Barnabas carry the Good News into Antioch in Pisidia. At first, hope blooms. But where truth spreads, resistance follows. Jealousy festers. A mob of "leaders" rises.
Driven out, rejected, and pursued, Paul and Barnabas shake the dust from their feet—a warning, a declaration—and press forward to the next city: Iconium.
And though the road ahead seems calm…
the tension is building.
Verse of the Day: Proverbs 15:23
Everyone enjoys a fitting reply; it is wonderful to say the right thing at the right time!
Question of the Day:
