Welcome to The Safe Space!
Bound for Jerusalem, Paul presses forward despite the growing sense of danger that follows him at every step. When the prophet Agabus delivers a chilling warning of chains and suffering ahead, even Paul’s closest companions plead with him to turn back. But Paul refuses—unyielding, he declares his readiness to face prison… or even death… for the name of Jesus.
In Jerusalem, tension simmers beneath the surface. Urged to prove his loyalty to Jewish customs, Paul enters the temple—but before the ritual is complete, everything erupts. A furious crowd drags him into the streets, and chaos explodes into violence. Beaten and surrounded, Paul is only saved when Roman soldiers fight their way through the mob, lifting him above the crowd to keep him alive.
What follows is no less perilous. A divided council descends into turmoil, factions clashing over ancient beliefs, forcing authorities to act before Paul is torn apart. Escorted under heavy guard, he is sent away to stand before Governor Felix—his fate now hanging in the balance.
Locked in a prison cell, Paul waits… his accusers closing in, the verdict uncertain—
…and the question remains: will he walk free, or is this only the beginning of something far worse?
Verse of the Day: Psalms 146:1-2
Praise the Lord! Let all that I am praise the Lord. I will praise the Lord as long as I live. I will sing praises to my God with my dying breath.
Message of the Day:
It is great to praise the LORD.
