Welcome to The Safe Space!
Chains rattle in the halls of power as Paul stands before Governor Felix—a man well-versed in intrigue, yet paralyzed by indecision. Accusers rise, voices sharp with accusation… but Paul answers with something unexpected: truth, clarity, and a testimony that dismantles every charge.
No crime. No guilt. No verdict.
The court dissolves into silence, and Paul is led away—not condemned, but not free. Held in custody, yet granted surprising mercy, he continues his mission from within prison walls. Even Felix and his wife return, drawn by Paul’s words about faith in Jesus Christ… though Felix harbors a hidden motive that never comes to pass.
Days turn into years.
Power shifts.
A new ruler—Festus—steps in, eager to win favor. He offers Paul a trial in Jerusalem… but Paul knows the road leads straight into an ambush. And so, with fearless resolve, he makes a choice that changes everything:
He appeals to Caesar.
Suddenly, the stakes skyrocket. Rome now looms over his fate. Festus, baffled by a prisoner with no crime, calls upon King Agrippa and Bernice. Before royalty and council, Paul speaks again—bold, joyful, unstoppable—sharing the life-altering moment he encountered Jesus.
The verdict?
Innocent.
Completely.
And yet… not free.
Because of his own appeal, Paul is sent back to his cell—destined for Rome, for Caesar, for something far greater… or far more dangerous.
And as the journey begins, one question echoes in the dark—
What awaits Paul in the heart of the Roman empire…?
Verse of the Day: Psalm 71:23
I will shout for joy and sing your praises, for you have ransomed me.
Question of the Day:
When was the last time you shouted for joy...to the Lord?
