Without form, void and utterly dark – such was the original condition of the createdearth. The earth was a mass of fluid, utterly incapable of sustaining human life. And asthe very first acts of creation, the Spirit of God flutters over the face of the deep andvibrates with Divine Energy to life all of creation, bringing order and structure to whatwas at first chaos. This activity of God changed all that follows thereafter.
