Welcome to The Safe Space! This is a podcast where I do my daily devotion and share it with you. I pray that each episode leads you intimacy with God.
Varese of the day: PSALM 8: 3–4
When I look at the night sky and see the work of your fingers – the moon and the stars you sent in place – what are mere mortals you should think about them, human beings that you should care for them?
Action of the day:
Spend time pondering the majesty of God‘s creation and the wonder of his desire to be directly involved in it.
In John chapter 15, Jesus tells us that he is the true vine, and his Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch that doesn’t produce fruit, and prunes the branches that do bear fruit so that they will produce even more. Jesus also tells us about the world’s hatred. If the world hates you, remember that it hated Jesus first. God will send us the advocate – the spirit of truth. He will come to us from the Father and testify about Jesus, but we are his disciples, and must testify about Jesus as well.
