In these three chapters we see the power and authority of Jesus Christ, as the incarnation takes place, as he is victorious over death and as the consequences of wickedness fall upon unrepentant mankind. Those who have been faithful to the covenantal relationship with God move from the Old Covenant into the New Covenant.
