Everything happens with a purpose. Such is the case with the Apostle Paul's letter to the Romans—the Christian Constitution.

While addressing his Roman audience, he tells it upfront about his prayer life, as well as his purpose in writing. So encouraged by the Romans Christian faith, he mentioned them all the time. But, he still longed to see them and have them share their faith with him.

Ultimately, he wanted to continue to evangelize, as all committed Christians should seek to do throughout their lives.
