More people should devour this text! Originally written in Greek, most likely around 50 BC, the Book of Wisdom is a masterful summary of the Old Testament wisdom literature and an absolutely jaw-dropping critique of humanity’s love affair with false worship. Jesus was clearly familiar with this text and its themes are woven throughout his ministry in the Gospels. Check out this overview today!
