In this John McNaughton directed sci-fi horror film starring Rae Dawn Chong, an alien is banished to Earth by his kind as punishment for his crimes. Oh and he's being devolved into a human as part of it.....which is an unstable process and can cause him to start to return to his form at anytime. It's actually a pretty good sci-fi horror film with some crime drama tossed in so take a listen and if you like what you hear, check it out!
