The Boys is Amazon Prime's dark and gritty look at the world of corporate superheroes based on a comicbook by Garth Ennis who is known for putting a violent, unforgiving tone of comics for both Marvel and DC in the past. The show follows the adventures of "The Seven" - a gang of world famous superheroes backed by a global conglomerate, Vought International - and many other heroes who all view membership as the pinnacle of their superhero career.
