Exactly, in their sports class, or physical education, or physical activity, whatever the context, according to the tastes and intelligences of each of them, since not everyone is passionate about this class, but that is where most children yearn for days to play, have fun, run, free themselves and feel calm without having to sit and learn something they often don´t understand and don´t want to understand.

Many times sports, games and physical activity time become the moment when children really enjoy themselves and it is the duty of professionals to make their pedagogy a striking and motivating subject in each academic specialty.
