Aviation Women Inspiring the Next Generation (A-WING) is a non-profit organization created to provide female professionals a platform to equalize the roles of women in the industry and to educate and encourage young women interested in business roles in aviation. While we see an increasing number of women in the aviation field, we are still in the minority with an unbalanced ratio of men to women, especially at management and executive levels. The goal of A-WING is to empower women to achieve equality in opportunity, advancement and pay. Through networking, social media, industry events, fundraising, training, education, and collaboration with both large corporations and small businesses, we aim to expand the number and roles of women in aviation while bringing new female talent into our industry.
