This is a new schema of defining personality based on the orientation of how one derives pleasure. It can be internal from oneself or external from others; it can be visceral or intellectual. This makes a 2x2 table of four personality types: the Jock (visceral external), the Stoner (visceral Internal), the Clown (intellectual and external) and of course, the nerd (intellectual and internal)
