Episode 1.  Sienna shares her personal story of how 2020 rocked her world. She also shares how she used the breath to stay centered, grounded, and focused during the challenges. She shares the #1 essential breath practice with you in this episode.  It is the best way to start your breathing practice, and it may not be what you think!  We all have the ability to tap into a deep sense of inner peace no matter what is happening in our world.  The breath is that powerful and Sienna will guide you through the process.
The first half of the episode is talk and the second half is the guided breath practice. Start with Episode 1 and work progressively through each episode and practice. Return to the practice portion of the podcast to repeat the practice daily or as often as time allows.
