She is a qualified Psychiatric Social Worker, but has not worked in that field for many years, she now mostly works as a Holotropic Breathworker. I have done 2 of her sessions a few years ago and they were amazing. I always had the feeling that Ericka has an interesting journey to share, and I was not disappointed. Ericka takes us from her Afrikaans upbringing in Pretoria, to Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe), via Cape Town, to a spiritual community in Johannesburg.
